Hi Drake Burtum,
I'm looking for a microcontroller that'll pair with the ADS1120
The ADS1120 uses a standard SPI interface. You can pair the ADS1120 with any microcontroller that includes an SPI peripheral. For example, the MSPM0 series controllers from TI
Also is TI able to put these together on a printed circuit board?
No, TI is not a board manufacturer, so we can provide you all the ICs you need but you will have to design a board and get it built/assembled. I believe there are free, online CAD tools, and of course there are many board manufacturers e.g. Sierra Circuits, Advanced Circuits, etc., that can build a low cost device Alternatively, you can get the ADS1120 EVM, which includes the device + a controller card. This will at least help you evaluate the ADC performance and operation -Bryan
