Hello Teddy, Welcome to the TI E2E community. The clock input pin on the ADS127L21B has about 1pF total capacitance. However, depending on your board stackup and layout, the PCB track capacitance will be around 0.5pF/cm. Total load capacitance for your oscillator is rated at 10pF. This will limit the maximum track distance on your board to about 12cm. If you have a very small layout and can limit the total track distance for the CLK signal to 12cm, then you should be O.K. If you need to run the clock line over much longer distances, then I would suggest using a clock buffer, such as the LMK1C1104.
