You're definitely better off using a dedicated clocking solution to clock your FPGA, ADC, and DAC. The "right" part will depend on how many outputs you need, the frequency range and required dividers and the type of outputs needed. The CDCM61001 has only a single output, so you would require a buffer/clock distributor after it. Instead, you can look at the LMK04806 as a part that should fit all your needs without requiring an external buffer. There are certainly other parts that should fit the bill as well (LMK03806, CDCE72010, CDCE62005). There are also simple clock buffers such as the CDCP1803 or LMK01000.
