Thanks for your quick response. In fact yes I've tried that, but I see no changes in the plot e.g. if I have a tone at 700MHz, in non-des mode its ok, and in des-mode is at 1400MHz..

That is why I was trying to change the registers manually. I can see when I change in the right panel to DESCLKIQ mode the registers change, but if I read the register again it goes back to its default value.

Anything else you think I'm missing?.
