Part Number: ADC3223 Tool/software: Dear Specialists, My customer is considering ADC3223 and has questions. I would be grateful if you could advise. ---Questions (1) Regarding ADC3223 datasheet, there is no description of conversion accuracy(INL, DNL and etc.). Could you provide the data of accuracy (INL, DNL, and etc.)? (2) The ADC3223 datasheet does not seem to have an input pin for an external reference voltage, and there is no mention of a built-in reference either. What does the ADC3223 use as a reference for conversion, and how is its accuracy determined?
