Hi Arjin, Are you attempting to use the ADS1220 on the EVM without the controller on board and with your own Arduino? If so, not all of the ADC SPI connections go to the JAC connector, some of them go to the JDB connector, you can take a look at the EVM schematic at the end of the EVM user's guide to see where these connections are routed. You can unpower the microcontroller on the EVM by uninstalling jumper JP8 and access these pins on the ADC through the JAC and JDB connectors, or alternatively though the test points (TP1-TP5).
