Hi Miyahara san, When you load a configuration into the GUI, the GUI does not update, it only programs the part through SPI. There is no table comparing the register map and the features available in the GUI. The purpose of the GUI is for basic evaluation and has the functionality to configure eveything needed for each functional mode of the device. If there is something that is not included in the GUI that you would like to configure, you can use the console in the GUI to read/write directly to a register. The console also logs any registers that are read or written to while you are using the GUI. If there is something specific you'd like to configure, I can assist with any help needed.
