Please see the schematic bellow. I issue SELFOCAL at the top of my code, and use a 2.048 V as our reference voltage. Thank you for the point on differential vs. single ended measurement. We are reading voltage with respect to AINCOM, so now our number looks more reasonable. What I need to do next is to solve the questions of stability here. The reference voltage from TI chip is very stable, but There is a 4 millivolt drift on my readings.
