No, I have not experience this problem once the connections to the CM Choke was corrected. I was concerned that there may be another cause since the speaker outputs are off from a power cycle. I would like to be sure that this problem is related to the speaker output shorting during power cycle.
From your response I would conclude that I should assume the problem was caused by the short.
