Hi Mihir, Thanks for your post and welcome to the forum! I'm not sure what you mean by "7-single ended RTD solution" can you elaborate or draw a diagram if necessary? Why do you want to drive 10mA across the RTDs? In general, measurement resolution improves with increasing excitation current. However, a larger excitation current will create self-heating in the RTD, which will cause drift and error in the measurement. The selection of excitation currents trades off resolution against sensor self-heating. Additionally, both IB1 and IB2 would not be driven through the RTD, only one of the sources would be. We have a great reference guide for RTD measurements located here: www.ti.com/.../sbaa275.pdf I think you will want to look at section 2.9 Multiple Two-Wire RTD Measurements. Section 1.4 Ratiometric Measurements of the guide covers how to size the reference resistor. Where the return path is connected to depends on if you would like to do a high side or low side reference.
