Andrey, We will need to check with the Designers responsible for this device to check the background behind the 9V minimum VCC supply recommendation. Specifically we will want to check whether there is any POR risk at lower VCC and if your current drive needs will still be met, or any other risks. The design team is located in India for this part, so it will not be until Monday that we can get any input.
