We have a ADC12d800RFRB, and it is also the newer version as yours. We meet the problem that no matter wether we use the on board clock or external clock. The led pattern is same as the user guide except the DCLK_LOCKED LED which means FPGA can't detect the DCLK signal. And the software WV5 can not wait a sample after clicking the data caputuring button.
We also meet the problem that the OVER-RANGE-I/Q-CH is lit. But we have not found the reason for now. Please tell me if you know , thank you very much.
You mentioned you have tested the clock input with a spectrum analyzer, I want to know the amplitude of the clock you tested.
And for one more thing, whether you use the FPGA image in loaded by the software or you write your own code?
