Wiki Page: TLV320AIC310xEVM-PDK EVAL kit with Win7

If you have already started an installation of the AIC310x GUI and have run into problems, start by removing the software and the NI Visa drivers. Once the software is gone, delete the non-working USB device from control panel/device manager.

Do not plug the EVM into the USB port until you have finished installing the software.

1st step is to Re install the latest NI VISA run time drivers which can be found here:

http://search.ni.com/nisearch/app/main/p/bot/no/ap/tech/lang/en/pg/1/sn/catnav:du,n8:3.1637,ssnav:sup/

2nd step is to load the latest version of the GUI from here:

http://www.ti.com/tool/tlv320aic3101evm-k

Finally, from the same page, download the Win7 driver, put it in a directory, right click it and select "install"

The EVM should then work fine. Of course you will also have to insure that the hardware jumpers are configured correctly.
