Forum Post: Recommended test load for PCM1798

Hi, I have constructed the measurement circuit from Figure 24 of the PCM1798 datasheet (SLES102A, page 19).  What is the recommended test-load at the output, in order to make measurements?  I am considering a large resistive load, like 10^6 ohms (with negligible capacitance).  In addition, what might be the lowest reasonable test load?  Maybe 300 ohms? (still with low capacitance)  Of course, I expect a slightly different level of performance might be measured at different test-impedance values.  

Any recommendations and reasons to support the recommendations would be appreciated.
