Do you get the message below after you have selected a device and start the firmware download? Does the message appear right away or is there a delay, which might indicate the firmware is downloading? What is the status of the board LED's when you get this message? Are the two computers you used both the same model? What version of OS are they running?

I am using v2.20 of the software. Every few days the firmware download steps fails returning the first message, "No Firmware. Please select a device to download firmware into the board". We tried to repeat the same process with another computer and it worked. However, after a few days the problem pops up again.
