The ADS1282EVM is not designed like our LaunchPad BoosterPacks, which are stackable. Stacking multiple ADS1282EVMs would result in SPI communication conflicts.
Another thing to note is that the ADS1282 does not have a "/CS" pin, therefore, you cannot share multiple ADS1282's on the same SPI bus, as you would with other SPI devices. You will either need to connect multiple ADS1282's like the schematic in Figure 71 of the datasheet:
Otherwise, check out the schematic I shared in this other E2E thread (http://e2e.ti.com/support/data_converters/precision_data_converters/f/73/p/291510/1018745.aspx#1018745) for another method to get multiple ADS1282's on the same SPI bus.
As far as existing hardware and software for this, we provide only the ADS1282EVM-PDK to show off the performance of the ADC. For new developments, I would look at the MSP430F5529 LaunchPad, or another third-party platform for prototyping your application.
