Hi Tom,
Thanks you so much to taking interest and helping me to resolve this SPI problem.
Somehow i did misteak to understand RD# ping and did not shorted to ground.
After shorting RD# pin to DGND, the SPI voltage levels came with right amplitude and software able to read ADC channels value.
