Part Number: TPS560430-Q1 Tool/software: e2e.ti.com/.../1538.5V_2C00_600mA-Reg.pdf I have attached a schematic design with the input voltage of 12V and output voltage as 1.5V with the current rating of 600mA. Can anyone please confirm the design is correct or if any changes need to be done?

Forum Post: RE: AFE5851EVM: What is required alongside this part? (ADSDeSER-50EVM or TSW1400EVM)? Are there updated versions?
Protocol is explained in datasheet . Even if you get the TSW capture card the fpga used on them is obsolete .So you cannot use same fpga for your system. Instead I would recommend to directly start building your system . I see some website still has it . You can try it there . https://octopart.com/tsw1400evm-texas+instruments-22269695

Forum Post: AFE5816: AFE5816 output data format
Part Number: AFE5816 Tool/software: Hi, everyone In the previous thread, a TI expert mentioned that the default ADC output format is in two's complement form and advised that to change the output format, one should set register 4, bit 3 to 1. I have three questions about this I'm curious about what the output format changes to when this is done. Given that there is an internally 1V offset on the INP pin and the maximum analog input is 1Vpp, I believe there will be no negative values for the input. Therefore, when using two's complement, I assume the most significant bit (MSB) will always be 0. Is this correct? Does two's complement use 1V as the reference point for distinguishing between positive and negative values, instead of 0V? Thank you

Forum Post: RE: AFE5816: AFE5816 output data format
I am giving an example of this with 4 bit . When you write register 4 bit 3 to 1 it changes to offset binary format from twos complement . Decimal Offset binary, K = 8 Two's complement 7 1111 0111 6 1110 0110 5 1101 0101 4 1100 0100 3 1011 0011 2 1010 0010 1 1001 0001 0 1000 0000 −1 0111 1111 −2 0110 1110 −3 0101 1101 −4 0100 1100 −5 0011 1011 −6 0010 1010 −7 0001 1001 −8 0000 1000 This device takes single ended input with common mode of 1V . If the signal is swinging from 0.9V to 1.1V it is effectively the signal from -0.1V to 0.1V. So 1V is the reference point always . Now the output format can be chosen accordingly based on user convivence

To make sure, when I use two's complement, 1V is still the reference point ?? or 0V?
↧
Forum Post: RE: AFE5816: AFE5816 output data format
I understand that if i use two's complement reference point is 0V, and if i use binary offset mode, 1V is the reference point Is that right??

Forum Post: RE: AFE5816: AFE5816 output data format
Or two's complement also have 1V reference point? For example value / offset / two's 0.9V / 0111 / 1111 1V / 1000 / 0000 1.1V / 1001 / 0001

1V is always reference point .

Forum Post: RE: TPS560430-Q1: Please make sure the given connections are correct for the regulator.
Hi Sandhiya, The duty cycle for your application may cause the minimum ON time to be violated. Otherwise, the schematic looks good. I would suggest another configuration to avoid violating the minimum ON time. Best, Ryan

Hi Ryan, Thank you for your reply. I have one more question. Is ADS1298ECGFE-PDK possible to sample data from multiple channels at the same time and display it simultaneously in the GUI? I think it's possible and confirm just in case. I appreciate your great help and cooperation. Best regards, Shinichi

Forum Post: RE: DAC8760: Maximum output power less than 20mA
What mode are they operating the device in? Is this 0-20mA or 4-20mA? 0-20mA What exact values for 20mA did they measure on these 60 pieces? (Can you send the measurements for these 60 devices?) There is no record of this, but it was discovered during production that the control current output could not be greater than 19.96mA before and after calibration. Did they record the reference values for each of these devices at the same time? No How do they have the device configured? Do they use the internal reference? Do they use an external ISET-R? The reference is internal, and the external ISET-R is connected to 15K/±0.1% for testing, and it is also unable to output more than 19.96mA. Currently, it is found that only by replacing DAC8760 can it work normally The attached circuit is what they referred now.
