Part Number: ADC12SJ1600 Tool/software: Hi team There are some questions regarding JSED204 communication. 1. When they use the device at 1GSPS, they think JMODE14 in the table 7-17 can be most suitable because they understand thigs below. Do you also agree this? The lane rate can be 6.1875Gbps = 12bit × 1Gbps × 66/64 / 2 lane. When E is 3, the Extended Multiblock is 96 = 32 x 3. Then, # of data bit in total is 64 x 96 = 6144bit. # of each data bit is 12bit. So this mean 6144bit/12bit is 512 which is divisible. This also mean they can send data with maximum efficiency. 2. In table 7-13, we can see the description as below. What does this mean? 3. In table 7-14, could you tell the meaning/how to use of HD(High-density format)? They can't see find any detailed description about HD in the datasheet. 4. In table 7-14, it seems HD needs to be always 0, while in table 7-17 the HD is set as 2. How should they understand this difference? Regards, Noriyuki Takahashi
