Hi Gopal Das, See Table 9-13 in the ADS1263 datasheet for the first conversion latency. For example, if you select a data rate of 7200 SPS and sinc4 filter, then the first data will be available in ~0.98ms. Second and subsequent conversions in continuous conversion mode will be available at ~1/7200 = 0.138ms Every time the input changes, the digital filter flushes and has to reset, leading to conversion latency. Again, this is true for the delta-sigma architecture in general Again, there are other options if you are looking for a higher data rate.
