Hi Hamid,
If you short your inputs and then take a series of successive measurements and plot them you will see the amount of noise in the conversion. If you do not get the kind of results shown in the Typical Characteristics Noise Histogram graph shown at the top of page 9, then you have some more work to do cleaning up the noise issue.
If you are able to achieve these results, then you should have a more desirable response.
