Hi Rob, we could reproduce the resistance values for a constant current of 1 uA and 10 uA with our Keithley 2612 SMU. As you were speaking of putting the DAC into or out of compliance: Our first approach was to measure the resistance during a typical use case on the output set to 0 A by the digital code, while applying a voltage of arround 3.3 V to this pin, which resulted in very high resistance values (2.5E8). When the code is set for the output to let the full scale current flow, the resistance calculated from measured current and voltage is naturally rather low in the range of 150 Ohms. Is it safe to assume that the 300k were measured using a constant current of 1uA at a very low voltage, much lower than the output compliance range? BR, Lukas
