Hi Patricia, Thanks for your question. It looks like the SEQ_START register is a write only register, denoted by the "W" in Table 7-27, so you may not be able to read back the value correctly. When you write 1b to the register to initiate sequencing, are you seeing the appropriate conversion results? This would help confirm that the register was written correctly. You may alternatively choose to use the AUTO_REPEAT option in AUTO_SEQ_CFG2 register, which can be read back and initiates indefinite sequences. Best regards, Samiha
