Just to be sure I was using the default settings, I reloaded the software.  I saw no change in the symptoms.

The current consumption remains constant over the short term.  Over the course of minutes it will vary  in the range 185 to 199 uA.  I'm not sure how frequently it's updated on the display.  It looks like it may change one or two uA during some refresh periods.  It seems to stay mostly in the high 180's.

> You could try measuring the voltage directly at the INx test points with a voltmeter to verify the 200mV.

There is no resistor in series.  I verified the voltage was the same between RA and LA as between IN1 and IN2.
