Forum Post: ADS1198 charge pump

ADS1198 data sheet (page 63) mentions that AVDD1 and AVSS1 are for the internal charge pump, and should be isolated from AVDD/AVSS.

Are any of the VCAP1,2,3,4 capacitors part of the charge pump - and thus should have their reference at VSS1 rather than VSS ? There is no block diagram in the data sheet showing the charge pump or the VCAPn to tell.
