Yes, I am using the same sensor and Thanks for all your help.

I had some problem in connection, which is solved now. You pointed out correctly earlier because problem was in INA/INB pins only.

For now I am getting some values for Proximity data and frequency count. But Frequency count doesn't change if I change the value of Response time though LDC configuration register (add: 0x04). But it does changes correctly when I change the F_ext. 

For e.g Fcount gets double when I doubles the F_ext. But if I change the response time from 384 to 6144, it doesn't change.

Do you have any idea where could be the problem?
