No need to apologize - it certainly seems like you've had an unfortunate experience with our support tree to say the least. That is not the way that we expect things to work here. We'll focus on rectifying that experience from here onward.
As I mentioned - debugging the Windows driver is a challenging task and, to be honest, is somewhat of an on-going task over the lifetime of the driver. Even once we get the installation functioning on 99% of computers, there will still 1% that encounter issues. Being that we're all also in a corporate environment, there's a whole slew of conceivable IT obstacles that complicate things with administrative rights on a given PC. While this effort is happening in the background, lets try to focus on your issue at hand...
