Apologies for such a huge delay. Several customers have used this part in the same configurations which are in production. We will help you to debug the problem.
Can I know if you are using background calibration ? what is the gain and input type. If you can describe the signal path it would help us debug.
Also, do you change the channels in stand-by mode or in active mode. All the configurations has to be modified in stand-by mode so that the part behaves as expected. My in tial guess in this case would be that you are changing channels or ch configuration in active mode and this can result unexpected behaviour.
