I may need some more information on your application in order to give you a more accurate answer.
- Are you trying to capture a fast moving signal?
- Are you using a single channel or multiple channels?
- What are your concerns regarding these specs?
Addressing your first question, the AMC7823 datasheet states that sampling and conversion starts at the rising edge of CONVERT. We do not typically spec the time that it takes for the device to start sampling after a valid rising edge on CONVERT, since it is not a concern on most target applications.
As for your second question, referring to page 27 of the datasheet, the conversion happens on the current sample. When using all the channels, there is a typical delay of 47us between the CONVERT rising edge and all the outputs being updated.
