Hi Linning,
The problem is that windows does not know to use the default FTDI drivers for the DAC5682 because of how the EVM is programmed. We need to force windows to use the FTDI drivers. You'll then be able to reprogram the TSW1400 and be able to use the DAC GUI.
To get the TSW1400 working:
1. Follow the guide attached below to manually install the FTDI drivers
2. Use FT_Prog to reprogram the TSW1400 using previously provided directions
To get the DAC5682 working:
1. Follow the guide attached below to manually install the FTDI drivers
2. Run DAC5682 GUI as administrator
