I'm looking at the LDC1000 as a potential solution for a small-scale angular position sensor and wondering if anyone could give some feedback on the feasibility, since most TI tools/documentation are focused on distance detection.
The specifications are:
- 60 degree range
- 0.1 degree resolution
- ~1 to 2 mm distance between coil and target
- ~2 to 3 cm target diameter
Wondering what size coil I would need to achieve this resolution.
