Hello,
We use PCM1850A ADC and sometimes, at power up we get one of the audio channel locked up (serial data of this channel is stuck to 0 while the second audio chanel is working well)
Using the RST pin or SRST and MRST registers doesn't resolve the problem, only power down and up can release the locked signal.
After investigation we think that the internal ADC stage latched up. The Analog MUX and PGA works well and we can monitor correctly the two audio signals at MOUTL and MOUTR pins. After bypassing the internal High Pass Filter we saw that the locked signal is stuck at 0x7FFF value as you can see on the scope capture.
Is there any solution to unlock this problem without having to power down the system?
Else what is the recommended solution to avoid this latch up event at power up?
Best regards
