Please check the power supply. How does your /AUDIO_ON switch work? If /AUDIO_ON is 0V, VT32 is off and the gate of VT31 is 3.3V through R123 so VT31 is off too therefore the AIC1110 is not powered.

If /AUDIO_ON is 3.3V, VT32 is on and the gate of VT31 is 0V so VT31 is on and the AIC1110 is powered. This contradicts the /AUDIO_ON symbolism. Is this how it is expected to work?

How does the power supply look directly at the AIC1110? Is it clean? Do you have a scope screenshot?

Do you have screenshots of MCLK, PCMCLK, PCMSYN, PCMI?

What did you short circuit to heat up the AIC1110 to 150C? If it got that hot, it may be damaged already.
