I noticed a few details on the schematics that don't look right:
EAR1ON&P: Why are there two capacitors in this circuit? If you do not use a grounded speaker, you do not need any capacitor. If you need to DC-block, one capacitor is enough (see the EVM schematics from the AIC1110 EVM product folder: http://www.ti.com/tool/tlv320aic1110evm-k
MIC1N&P: Why do you use R88 and R91?
About the noise: It's difficult to debug this without the hardware. I would double check that the sampling rate and the audio interface format are correct. I would also try to isolate the AIC from the modem and verify its performance with an audio analyzer.
