If you need both multiplexed and individual then you could possibly add a TVP5154 for the individual streams and feed the source to both TVP5158 and TVP5154.
It shouldn't cause any loading issues (still only use a single 75R source termination) and should not cause any clamp noise issues (the clamps will be active at the same time so will not cross talk with interference).
