The analog reconstruction filter shapes the output in the region after the filter stop-band and scales with FS frequency and DOSR setting. It's purpose is to reduce images and higher frequency noise and does not affect in-band audio frequencies. The overall response (up to 7.5*FS) should be very similar to the one shown in Figure 2-37 of http://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/slaa408.
