Forum Post: DAC5681Z output is not ok while the environmental temperature rise to 55℃

Now, I am using DAC5681Z on my board.

FPGA(Spartan 6 XC6SLX100-2FFG484I) interface to DAC5681Z, and the clock of DAC5681Z is generated by CDCE62002 from a 20MHz TCXO.

The FPGA work frequency is 100MHz, and the interface between FPGA and DAC5682Z is 100MHz DDR, And I use X4 model in the DAC5681Z, so the dac updata frequency is 800MSPS.

Under normal temperature, the output of the DAC is OK, but while the environmental temperature rise to 55℃, the output become not ok as follow show:

Now I don't know where the reason is ?
