Hello there,
I am wondering whether or not it is necessary to connect the !RESET pin on the ADS to the host processor. In the ADS1299 documentation, it says that !RESET can be controlled directly with the !RESET pin, or controlled via an "opcode" command in SPI. As it stands, we currently have !RESET pulled up to DVDD (not to host processor), and we're wondering if that is sufficient. Does the !RESET pin need to be toggled during power up? Would not connecting !RESET to the host processor make things harder to debug if we run into any communication issues?
Thanks and looking forward to a reply!
