That is, unfortunately, a phenomena of delta-sigma converters.
We do have a stand-alone dac, the PCM5102 which has better out of band noise performance. But, none of our codecs currently have this technology integrated in them.
We usually use a simple RC LPF at the output to knock down the OOBN (out of band noise). You can set the corner at ~30 kHz, and then by the time you get to 1 MHz, you are quite far down.
