Hello Viktorija,
the LDC1000 supports a sensor oscillation frequency from 5kHz to 5MHz.
The sensor oscillation frequency is the determined by the chosen inductor and capacitor values of the LC tank and is given by fsensor = 1/(2*pi*sqrt(LC)).
