Hi Tom, yes i am clocking the device from extern source and the only thing i do is to put PWD/RESET pin low and disable my externel clock source. I am using an external MCU as SPI Master and he is doing PWM for the external clouck source. I took the ADS1291 out of the circuit and measured that the MCU goes power down and consumes 1uA. When i put the ADS1291 in to the circuit i have something around 300uA. When i put them into power down i also put the pin low from START, Chip Select. Maybe i have to to the same for DRY_INT? I power my circuit with battery and the ADS1291 has to consume around 1.2uA to make it work. So if i only put the PWD/RESET Pin low it should use 1.2uA? Does the PWD/RESET also disables the channel, Opamp for RLD and so on?
