Hi,
I'm using the ADS1274 ADC in a application that converts 2 channels (channel 1 and channel 2). The two remaining channels (3 and 4) are being connected to the VCOM and the other 4 inputs are not being used, as the ADS1274 has only 4 channels available. My questions are the following:
1) Is it correct to connect the AINN3, AINP3, AINN4 and AINP4 to VCOM? Or it would be better connecting those pins to AGND or AVDD?
2) The pins 45 through 52 (AINN[8:5] and AINP[8:5]) are connected to internal ESD rails, as explained in the datasheet. There is any risk of connecting those pins to AGND?
3) I'm using an REF5025 (reference voltage) to drive the VREFP in the ADS1274 and another REF5025 to drive the VOCM pins in OPA1632 (diff amp-ops). Could I use only one REF5025 to drive both VREFP and VOCM pins? In this case, it would be right if I used a 10 uF ceramic capacitor in the VOUT pin of the REF5025 to mantain this voltage stable?
Thank you in advance.
