We have been using the AIC3254EVM-U at 48 kHz for analog input and USB output to Windows PC. We've made networks that allow a sample rate up to 192 kHz but the PurePath compiler always comes back saying the board sample rate is still 48 kHz and the board seems to be aliasing at 24 kHz consistent with this. Is there no way to increase this sample rate, even as just a simple un-filtered A/D to USB (no filtering)? Can we get an initialization or config file to do this (any frequencies above 88 kHz would be very useful).
The attached file seems to address this but indicates an "external audio interface" is necessary - can anyone confirm this and whether it means an using analog signal output from the EVM board, or something else?
