I changed the circuit to this after I couldn't succeed with the startup circuit. I also changed the zener. I installed a 3.6v zener one by one. However, 3.3V always remains between 1.6V-1.7V. Q1 remains in conduction and I could not fix it. 3.3V comes from the regulator in my own stage. That's why I have a fixed 3.3V. How can I control the output current?
